Can I modify my order?

Due to the speed at which orders are processed orders generally cannot be modified after being placed. It is important to review your order before purchase to ensure that it is correct. I have received an order confirmation with tracking but the tracking is not yet active, has my package shipped?

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become live and update. If after 24 hours of receiving your tracking number it is still not providing tracking information please contact us at the e-mail address below.

How do I know my Graith goods are authentic?

Graith goods are only available for purchase through our website; we do not sell to other retailers, brick and mortar stores, or online shops. The only place to get genuine Graith goods is by ordering directly from us.


Do you have a wholesale program for stores and dealers?

No. Graith does not have a wholesale program.
