What’s covered: All Graith products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, material degradation due to normal use, or products that have suffered abuse, neglect, or modification. How long the warranty lasts: The limited warranty covers products for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original owner. What we do: Products determined to be defective will either be replaced or repaired at no cost to you, if a defective product is no longer available it will be replaced with the most suitable alternative of the same value. Graith, in its sole discretion, will determine if a product is defective and as such covered under the limited warranty.
